Inspired by our awesome Fall Retreat speaker, Brad Monteque, the NBYG decided to recreate his creation, 'Socktoberfest'. Teens collected and brought in packs of new or gently used socks to take to a local shelter! It's getting cold outside and everyone deserves to stay warm with a comfy pair of socks. 

Just a portion of the 638 pairs of socks NBYG teens and friends donated in celebration of Soctober.

In total, we collected 638 pairs of socks! We hope that the warm blessings are spread through the community, perhaps by just one pair of socks. Hey, if you want, check out Brad Montague's Sock Song.
